Article 1 (Application)
These Terms set forth the conditions for the use of TsumoriChokin (hereinafter "the Service"). Users shall agree to these Terms and use the Service accordingly.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "The Service" refers to the web application and related services provided by TsumoriChokin.
- "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service.
Article 3 (Account)
- Users may register for the Service using methods specified by the operator (such as Google account authentication).
- Users shall manage their account at their own responsibility.
- Transferring or lending an account to third parties is prohibited.
Article 4 (Fees and Paid Plans)
- The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (the "Paid Plan"). No fees are charged within the scope of the free plan.
- The fees for the Paid Plan are as follows (all amounts include consumption tax).
- Monthly plan: JPY 380 / month
- Annual plan: JPY 3,800 / year
- Payments for the Paid Plan are processed through the payment service provider designated by the operator (Stripe Payments Japan G.K., hereinafter "Stripe"). Users shall provide payment information in accordance with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Fees are charged immediately upon the user's purchase of the Paid Plan and are automatically renewed thereafter at each billing cycle (monthly or annual) selected by the user.
- Users may stop the auto-renewal (cancel) and change their payment method at any time via the customer portal provided by Stripe (the "Customer Portal"). If a cancellation is made before the next renewal date, no further charges will occur.
- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for the Paid Plan are, as a rule, not provided after purchase. This does not apply where a refund is required by law or where the operator deems it particularly necessary.
- The operator may change the fees, billing cycle, or content of the Paid Plan. In such cases, the operator will provide prior notice within the Service or by email a reasonable period in advance.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Acts that cause disadvantage to other users
- Unauthorized access or similar acts
- Reverse engineering of the Service
- Improper use through automated tools, etc.
Article 6 (Changes and Suspension of Service)
- The operator may change the content of the Service without prior notice.
- The operator may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases.
- When performing system maintenance or updates
- When unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or outages occur
- Other cases the operator deems necessary
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service.
- The operator bears no liability for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
- The operator is not responsible for any loss of data recorded in the Service. Users are recommended to back up important data themselves.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the operator or rightful holders. Rights to the data users record in the Service belong to the users.
Article 9 (Account Deletion)
- Users may delete their account at any time from the settings screen.
- Upon account deletion, all data is permanently erased and cannot be restored.
- The operator may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.
Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
The operator may change these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page. Important changes will be notified within the Service.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
